To all our customers:

Thank you sincerely for your patience and placing your trust in us. It is truly a pleasure accompaning you on your great adventures. We look forward to continue to share with you our passion for cycling!!!

Please note that BicyclesMcW is open from Monday to Saturday from 10am to 5pm, with the exception of Wednesday. Should you still wish to make an appointment for repair of your bike, please do not hesitate to pass by the store, call us (514-481-3113/514-481-8891), email us ([email protected]) OR CLICK HERE.

Our preventative measures are as follows:

Wash or disinfect hands upon entering the store
Only a limited number of customers will be allowed to enter (remaining customers will be asked to stay outside)
Highly recommended customers to CONTACT US to make an appointment in advance, as well as to shop online beforehand
Employees and customers must respect the 2 meter social distancing standard
Digital payment methods always encouraged

If you wish to shop from home, we invite you to visit www.bicyclesmcw.com and take advantage of our 10% online PROMO (certain restrictions apply). Should you find something you would like to purchase, please CONTACT US and a Sales Consultant will contact you to complete the purchase. Our in-store shipping and pickup services remain open and operational. The goods can be picked up in-store (where someone will meet you outside the store to give you your order) OR shipped to your door for FREE (certain restrictions apply). Only the customer that placed the order will be able to pick-up the order. [NOTE: Bikes destined for Montreal/Laval and Ottawa/Gatineau will be delivered fully assembled and adjusted.]
